My wife will not let me grow a banana tree because it will "attract bears"! The funnier part is that she is not incorrect. The bears will come to eat the fruit and to strip the leaves to eat the pulp at the base.

Funny ! My CEO gives me orders too ! This Banana tree will never bare fruit since season is so short . We basically put one out for the Hummingbirds to sit under when raining . I doubt this one will get very big since we got it into ground so late .
