The ESEE 4-HM is one of my go-to recommendations for non-knife folks (normal people) looking for a camp fixed blade. It's a really nice design and ESEE's bombproof warranty usually seals the deal...
So it goes.

Yep, they're good knives. Mine is a 3HM and it's been great as a camp knife and occasional edc. Just wish it had a finger guard.

I usually have my Olight Perun Mini with me at work, but that little i1R 2 EOS is plenty capable for normal use. Mine has seen more carry time lately.

I cannot recommend this knife enough. It is small enough that you will use it for all kind of stuff. Thick enough that you are not going to break it and a longer handle for great leverage. I just like any Esee for an affordable user in the outdoors.

I like that model, Jeff. I'll look into it. It's hard to pass up ESEE, but Bradford and TOPS also have some interesting models I'd like to try out. Too many knives, not enough money... 🙂

That is a great looking knife! I haven't looked into ESEE in a while and apparently need to update my database, LOL!
So it goes.

I want a Bradford so bad. My next fixed blade will be a Bradford. Foldables just keep getting in the way.
