I'm not really a wine guy (more beer + whisky), but we had a really nice Sancerre with dinner tonight and it was one of my favorites. It had a real clean finish - like it knew just when to leave your mouth, and make way for your food. Will try to find again.
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

I'm doing a long term review. So far the wear resistance is great. Toughness could use a little improvement. I wouldn't baton with this one. Corrosion resistance is 10/10.

Fresh out of the big ones so I had to grab a couple little fellers for dessert. Straight out the freezer they taste like a banana laffy taffy but almost 50% abv. (Word of advice, hide the cards beforehand cuz after a few you’ll buy some knives)
Before that was some western son vodka with lime and water with bubbles
