The beefy Lil Native slipjoint is great. So is the longer, but svelte, UKPK.

Surely their love-child, the N5 slipjoint, would be magnificent!?

That would be up there for the perfect UK legal outdoors knife. I’d buy a couple.

That sounds exactly like something Spyderco would be willing to produce in 2023. I would say yes, there will be a Native 5 slipjoint.

Very little effort needed to create something they can market as “new.” Perfectly on-brand for 2023.

Funny, I was just thinking about this on Saturday. It's a good idea, and here's another, leave the hole out of the blade for the German market. Or maybe just a tiny hole for trademark purposes.

You are allowed to carry a non locking, one handed knife in Germany.
But there sure are other places, that would require a tiny hole, Denmark for example, or at least, I think Denmark is such a place.

Thanks, I thought I might have gotten my laws confused. It's difficult enough to keep them straight in my own country! :spiral-eyes
