Ahh… it’s officially yours now. 🥰

Such a great knife. To this day, with all the new stuff out there, an endura (in any steel) is still very hard to beat!

Great knife and great steel! I just ordered some blue canvas micarta scales from Ukraine for my many-years-old ZDP Endura. Also saw that Flytanium has restocked the titanium backspacers for the Endura and ordered one of those.

Congrats! I love mine. Saw one today for sale but was tapped out or I'd have picked it up.

That edge will last forever !
I used mine through endless tasks throughout Christmas
The edge still feels perfect.

Nice pick, I’m thinking about some new scales now.

My ZDP-189 Endura has been one of my longest-serving work knives. Just a great design & a great (and severely underrated) steel.

National Knives has them in the sale section for $125 and change. You'll need to log in on your account to get that price.

Yup, Dmytro at DHM CUSTOMS on Etsy. Never re-scaled an Endura but I've heard a couple of horror stories. I was relieved to find the titanium backspacers back in stock at Flytanium. Hoping it eases reassembly issues associated with the FRN backspacer.

Funny how things change. 15 years ago ZDP was the hottest thing around! Now it’s underrated. Still great stuff in my opinion. It holds a fine edge very well and resists corrosion decently when mirror polished.

ZDP-189 is exceptional steel for cutlery. Weekend edc is my Endura ZDP.

Very underrated, beautiful tool. Love how sharp it gets while not being too hard to sharpen. I’ve never managed to rust ZDP either. The ZDP Delica is my second Spyderco ever and I carry it and the Endura when I’m in the mood for something classic that cuts like crazy.

Great choice!

I really regret that I sold my ZDP Endura quite some time ago - thought it was too hard to sharpen back then.
Still my favorite platform and I am sure I'd really like ZDP these days (being a bit more experienced at sharpening).

Also, despite normally preferring brighter colors for handles, the british racing green is very cool imo.
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

I happened to find it on a Facebook page for sale BNIB for $110. I had to take it at that price.
