Expected delivery today but knowing USPS it'll probably be tomorrow.

Similar size, but not at all similar. Native Chief carries amazingly well for it's size. The Military, you know you're carrying it.
The frame-lock Millie has a bit more weight to it and it might contribute to that feeling, in my experience carrying the S90V versions (second and last one from the top) have been eerily similar: despite their differences, both kind of disappear in pocket until you need them. The Chief is a bit lighter but the Millie has a bit more chamfer which I like better in hand and/or pocket. Both great tools.

BTT, I'm sooo looking forward to this version & love the black and red color scheme, mine should be here by Thursday.

Great comparison photos Rick. I will say while I love the Native Chief especially how it carries, I end up carrying the Military more.

I think the Chief will better compare to the Military 2, especially in ergonomics because the finger choils look much more similar and the palm swell is smaller on the M2. If the Chief had a teeny bit more edge to match the Military and had a similar pommel shape to the end of the handle I might never carry a Military again. I really need to get into making my own scales, particularly on knives like the Chief where the G10 is already linerless, I could make the handle any shape I want so long as it encloses the blade.

Thanks for the picture for reference!

Unfortunately my knife is still in Athens, AL. It’s stuck at “Shipment received, package acceptance pending.” Hopefully it magically updates haha

Mine is out for Delivery too! Pretty pumped. Love the 4V and black and red combo. I haven't picked up a St. Nicks exclusive since the G10 Native.

Same here. Last night it still showed as just "received" by the local USPS in Georgia, but as of this morning it's out for delivery (in Southern California). And the icing on the cake is that I have a CruWear one (2013 Sprint Run) out for delivery too!

Same here. But with 5 hours of work… at least my commute is only 2.4 miles :winking-tongue

I just pulled mine out of the mailbox. My first Millie and it's great but the size is exactly what I expected and the reason why I haven't bought one until now. It's a little bigger than I normally carry. I thought the same about the Native Chief and Manix 2 XL and they've grown on me. I'm sure the Millie will too

Pretty awesome. This one has a ding on the edge, almost as if the edge hit a back spacer like you'd see in a back lock that "over closed". Nothing that won't easily sharpen out.

This is my first plain edge I think since my MagnaCut Mule and CruCarta Shaman before that.

I have you beat. I started a new position a couple months ago. My commute is now 1.8 miles and I'm only required to go into the office once per month. Otherwise I work from home

Fine looking piece. If this is the last Millie they picked a nice way to go out. Postman comes at the end of my day.
