Those scales do look nice, I like that color.
Might be the brick red?

Yep cerakote brick red. They’re definitely worth the money and the machining is impressive. I had a hard time choosing the color but am really happened with how it turned out. The mxg stonewash matches the blade perfectly

I bought one of the aluminum pm2s last year and did a blade swap with my seconds sale maxamet. Then sold the g10 knife. I think I’ve got 120 in it.

First post here, long time owner of spydies. First one was a PM2 sprint run in cpm-d2.

Picked up a PM2 15v by sheer luck at DLT. It’s probably going to join my ever growing collection of PM2’s I don’t give any love to, I carry and thrash a crucarta pm2 at work daily ever since they were released.

Hoping to join the mule team when it comes time, I’ll definitely give that a good thrashing if I manage to get one.

Looks like Sooner knives really did have 15v PM2s. Mine shipped today. There was a healthy dose of doubt on the notification thread as their website is pretty basic. I figured I'd get a refund notice or, maybe, have them send me a Crucarta PM2. Looking forward to seeing if this is as well done as the 15v Manix

I really like Sooner, I got my BBB Manix 2 from them and wanted to get the PM2 from them as well, but for some reason the forum software never sent me a notification when Beau put up the notice :/

Kenny at Sooner State is a good guy. Yes, the website is a bit outdated…

I agree that the forum notifications don’t always seem to be timely.

Soulrack mentioned earlier in the thread that you might not get an alert if you have an unviewed notification here on the forum. Perhaps that was the cause?

Something like this definitely seems to happen. I interpreted it as being the case that notifications aren’t sent out if there have been one or two previous email notifications that haven’t been “responded to” by visiting the forum (or maybe even the specific thread) whilst logged in.

Even taking that into account, my suspicion is that the alerts may not always be immediate (but very often are).

Definitely keep your eye open for drops and get friends to help you keep an eye out as well. I got three ordered. Passing the other two to people who deserve them and weren’t as lucky. Mine I may get a regrind like my Manix. Absolutely a fan of this steel. It performs and backs it up.

GP knives must have been a larger amount. Lasted a little longer than most.

Looks like I snagged one from Knives plus, I was about to give up and try to trade my Manix2 for one.

Would you mind posting regrind services that you trust?

If 15V is the bees knees (it sure intrigues me), I could not be happier that I have it in a Manix2 and now a PM2.
