I get so much entertainment out of watching people do this, lmao. Pointing out that other people aren't following made up rules while they aren't following the made up rules.

All rules are made up. You want to comment in an alert thread that has been explicitly named so by the thread maker, no one can stop you. Its just rude.

And while there is no rule against being rude, I thought we were a forum and community that prided itself on not being so.

I got my knives, and turned off my alerts for this thread, for those who haven't, every stray comment rings the bell for them. Which can be vexing especially if youre at work and trying to sneak a moment to buy a knife only to see it's a random and unnecessary comment (including this comment, sorry guys).

Anyways if you don't like made up rules, common courtesy, or care about how you may impact other people, be yourself I guess.
