If I didn’t already have one I’d jump on this!

Swayback for $189.

Ok ok you convinced me. At almost 60% off I had no choice. I literally have lost all self control and rationale.

Geez. That's such a good deal, I almost bought one. Had it in the cart. I had to remind myself of an imminent $300 stretch xl purchase. I DID buy 3 of the Wharncliffe Enduras for $39 each on Friday. I got people hawkbill ladybugs last year. This year they get Wharncliffe Enduras. I see they raised the price back up to $80 now.

using the code for Fradon Safe & Lock, got a GB2 for $137 before tax. insane

I can afford to improve the scales and clip and potentially still stay close to its current asking price

I fell for the trap as well, Swayback en route.

Sorry fellas. ;)

I got mine used LNIB for $175 earlier this year and thought I stole it. It’s a great knife and at $189 it totally qualifies as a “crazy deal”.

Back when it came out it was about $140 and I regularly called it the best value in the lineup. Getting it for that price now is definitely a “crazy deal”. It’s one of my all time favorite knives. If I hadn’t stopped buying backups I would have at this price.

I'm tempted by the SPY27 Manix lightweight. Anyone know if those are still pinned construction?

The pictures I saw for the ones on sale showed pins.

you'd have to call the dealer and ask them. there are stock photos out there with screws now, but it doesn't mean every dealer would take the time to update their sites. the only way to know is to ask them.

The screw construction SPY27 Manix2 LW is probably scattered throughout dealers inventory by now. Fradon Safe&Lock put up their listing after Spyderco.com's pics changed to screws. Fradon used the same screwed stock photos. There's a good chance you'll get one with screw construction there. But no guarantees. GIVETHANKS is their coupon code if you're interested... 1 left... https://www.safeandlockstore.com/knives ... rcp-spy27/

I’m guessing we may see further discounts on Cyber Monday on items which were not deeply discounted depending on available inventory at each dealer. Spyderco’s MAP holiday ends on Cyber Monday.

I got a deal on Swayback, but nothing like this deal. Great deal on a great knife. Still feeling like a sucker for paying so much more for the same knives now available at these prices. And everyone will remember these prices if I need to sell something, which is not optimal. Eh, what can you do?

Great deal then, fantastic deal in 2022. Shocked they weren’t the first to sell out. No backups is my usual policy, except for a very few. Too much of a good thing is just enough too much!

Picked up a Native 5 LW Spy 27 on Friday from KSF and got an email that it already shipped! Great service.

The Stretch XL and the BBB Manix are the only things that kept me from buying like 3 more knives. Considering I want 2 of the Manix, my knife budget is already $600 this month. And I just bought Christmas presents. Good as some of these deals are, I passed on all of them that weren't presents for someone else.

You would probably be the 34,537th person on the list for one and possibly the most painful preorder wait ever, but if you really want to save a few bucks the Magnacut Native preorders are on sale for $114.52 at KnifeCenter.
PlainEdge
SpyderEdge

I got in on that, only because it's the first I've even seen of any kind of confirmation that we'll see MagnaCut in SE. Hopefully I live long enough to see the order go through, but if they start dropping elsewhere I can always cancel since it doesn't charge your account until it ships.
I went for that too, but in plain edge.

Just couldn’t let it slide.
