I’ve enjoyed seeing everyone’s posts and all the crazy deals everyone is getting. The only one I was too slow to pull the trigger on was the WMK Ayoob. Sold out as I was trying to check out! I can’t complain though.

Thank you. I thought about that but since I had the KSF rewards I ended up going with the Spydiechef. It was the bigger discount too. I’m in Indiana, so taxes get added at indianaknives so it’s 175 …. Which is still a good deal…. On a knife I’ll probably regret not buying…………………………….

I ended up going nuts this black friday. Siren for $120, s90v PM2 for $140, Spyderchef for $189, and now the anyoob for $164. The anyoob has such a cult following I wanted to try one.

This thread is totally enabling, and I love it. I had to get a 3rd Spyderco on sale (ordered a Superblue Carter gyuto along with the Millie). Couldn't decide between the Spy27/Maxamet Native and the Mcbee, and realized I wanted something that combined elements from those 2 models. Then I remembered that I've been wanting to check out the Wharncliffe Dragonfly for sometime, so I happily settled on the K390 version for $87 at KSF.

Thanks for the Knifecenter tip, BIGSTRETCH.
Bought a CRU-WEAR Yojimbo 2 last night at 9:45.
This morning at 8:30, S30V satin and DLC
were still showing
but no CRU-WEAR was listed.
I must have gotten one of the last ones.

It took awhile for me to get past the appearance,
but after watching Janich videos
and putting a toe in the Wharncliffe water
with the handy little Byrd Robin 2
the Yojimbo 2 became my grail.

And this will be my first CRU-WEAR.
Really looking forward to it.
