Delayed congratulations from me as well!
I spent the day on my couch with a terrible migraine, but I did have a Spyderco in my pocket all day. A D'Allara would be my preferred carry on days like these, but unfortunately I don't have one (Pssst, Sal! You can fix this ;) ).

The principals and values celebrated on July 4th are so influential and important for all democracies in the western world, and while the US sure isn't experiencing its best hour atm, this surely is despite those values and not because of, and it really hurts and disappoints to observe the hubris displayed by our European leaders mocking these values and exploiting the situation to promote ideas of a less free and less open society.
