I'll give up one or more of something else to get this one.

Yeah, I might have the sell Dan's cat for this...
I think that the Mules will take priority, depending on the dates of each releases.

But it's really cool the sprint is coming ! If it's like the Stovepipe, it'll be around 500€ in EU, at this price I'd actually have to sell my cat too :squinting-tongue
:respect In the collection :respect : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

You guys either have really special cats or you’re seriously overestimating what they’re worth.

I’ve unsuccessfully tried to give mine away.

I'll take yours for a fair price, free for sure.

A machined titanium handled knife in M390 and made in Europe for ~$280 US street price is a deal these days. CRK is selling PJ small Sebenzas all day long at $350.

I'm definitely in at $280. This is a home run, in my book.

$280 for a non-locking folder with titanium scales and M390 made in Italy is a lot!

The LionSteel (made in Italy) Thrill Slip Joint with an integral (one solid piece) titanium, M390 and retractable clip is just $199.95.

I just realized for the first time that this knife was a slip joint haha! I always thought it was a frame or liner lock. Learned something new today.

I agree, $280 is very steep for a non locking folder. But, what isn't a steep price these days!?

At first I though this would be a must-buy, but I'm beginning to have 2nd thoughts with all the other new stuff. It looks like a really high-quality, robust, beautiful folder with an awesome steel -- BUT, it's a pricey, heavyish knife with a shortish, thickish blade. I wonder if I'll end up rationalizing buying it, or not buying it... :thinking

The CRK Impinda is $450 with less machining. What’s the point? Each maker sets the price they need and/or want to set and we decide to pay or not. For me, in 2022, it’s what I will pay for one. That said, due to the cost it means I will skip at least two other Spydercos.

Everyone has their preferences and justifications, but this is much more defensible at $280 than the Dama-Urban (which was frankly egregious). Would I prefer it at ~$225? Sure, but honestly, it's priced better than I was expecting and it now comes in premium steel...
So it goes.

Hi RandomCarry,

It's in-the-works, I heard this year. It's a really great design, he's a brilliant designer. This is an EDC user. I think you'll like it. Probably the best hard use EDC Slipit ever.

Nice to have my own impressions of my N690Co put into such meaningful perspective. I’m in on the M390 version, for sure.

Yeah I'm in for this. Any idea what retailer will be offering this? I do have my preferences, which will be superseded by desire of course.
