i suspect a lot of that is done with photoshop. there have been issues like this in the past as well, where a knife doesn't really match up with the stock photo exactly. but the two stock photos do match exactly, which leads me to think they just used the same photo.
keep your knife sharp and your focus sharper.

I was bummed that we didn't have an Endela Salt (Wharnie and Leaf), Dodyfly/Cricketfly, and still no Cru-carta Seki models. Here 's hoping for Reveal 11!!

Oooo, that rex76 mule in a potential 68-70 HRC is looking sweet. I'm very interested to see what the finished blade tests out at and to get it in my hands to see how it performs in some real world use.

The UKPK has a new pattern for the serrations. It gained one big "wave" and lost a part of the PE at the tip.
What pictures are you referring to? Comparing the catalogue pictures both have the same number of big "waves" (6) and the same number of small waves (5 doublewaves).

When you compare the knives' pages on the Spyderco website you will notice that the green knife's Overall Length is
6.92" (176mm) compared to the yellow knife's 6.88" (175mm). Also the green's Blade Length is 3.00" (76mm) whereas the yellow's is 2.93" (74mm).
The edge length however is identical 2.58" (66mm).

So IMHO the cutting part of the blade should be similar but the ricasso/finger-choil part might be bigger on the green one.
I compared the picture in the reveal with the real knife. And the picture in the reveal has a different pattern.
IMG_20220607_192942.jpg
That the pattern, in the pictures, in all revels/catalogs,is the same but different to th ereal knife. So I now assume, that the pattern has not changed but still is different to the one shown in the reveals/catalogs.
Thank you for the information.

Its funny how people's tastes are so different, but thats what make Spyderco great. This was probably the least exciting of all the reveals for me. I only added 2 (3 if you count the Ayoob as two for the PE and SE) to my list between the Ayoob and K390 Endela Wharnie. I had 5+ from many of the other Reveals.

That "consumer direct only"/"no discount" is pretty much a "no" for us Europeans.... bummer.

Exactly. Satin finish is 250, another 50 shipping goes to 300. 20%VAT equals to 360 and on top of that there's another 8%import tax in the UK. And the final price is 388.8$, converted at the current rates is roughly 320£. I'm not against this price for a sprint run in general. But not in M390 steel.

It's a bummer for the MT2 production Mule too, even if it'll stay afordable.
I planned to buy 10 of them at once if the website allowed it, but it's gonna cost me aroud 150€ in customs fees alone :squinting-tongue . I've reconsidered my plan
:respect In the collection :respect : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

You need somebody who can buy a stack of them stateside and then smuggle them over in a checked bag when visiting Europe... a Mule mule.

No it does not.

I think the only pricing I have seen is MSRP on the online Reveal. Need to click "Download" and it is the first few pages.

The two “Consumer Direct” Native Chief M390 & Brown G-10 Sprint Runs were/are supposed to be sold only directly through Spyderco.

However, they’re listed now at KnifeWorks as out of stock with the usual 30% off MSRP price — $175 & $203 instead of $250 & $290 for Satin & Black DLC blades respectively.
