Info on laser etched stainless Rookie

My cousin is negotiating on this etched Rookie. Said to be etched by a Spyderco employee.
So now I'm interested in any info about this and other models laser etched. :cheap-sunglasses

It looks like it was possibly done by Glasshart. Back in the early 2000’s, there was a woman here named Linda Glasshart who would do small-batch runs of that pattern on SS Spydercos. I have a SS Delica that she etched with the same pattern as the one pictured above. I believe the pattern on mine extends over the blade as well. I’ll see if I can post a pic later.
