That's what pushed me over the edge. It was brought back from extinction once and it's been 3 years since the last run. As much as I'd like to see a different steel/color and a Caged Ball Bearing upgrade, this may be the last Dodo. Couldn't pass it up.

Definitely didn't plan to get one, but couldn't resist the FOMO of this rare model with SE M4. Will also be my first reverse S blade shape.

I feel like this one, like their recent M4 Poliwog run, was overpriced for the size of the knife, but I suspect I'll actually use a Dodo, especially a serrated one (I bet it eats cardboard boxes for breakfast!) so sprung for it.

Hopefully, someone will get theirs and post a quick review, before they sell out. I have one of the original blue Dodos in PE and this knife needs to be ground thin like they were. Unfortunately, after receiving the M4 Poliwog, with its relatively thick flat grind, I am less than optimistic.

My gripe has always been the lock. Performance is amazing. Very much like the Karahawk, the leverage you get with a full size handle and a small curved blade is tremendous. A lot of power, and unlike most blades that size, it's quite stout. The CBBL is my favorite Spyderco lock, the uncaged less so. Overall a great design with a lock that could use a small upgrade.
