The person who owns bhq must reeeealy like m4 and jade g10.

DLT is such a better company due to their insanely fast shipping, excellent customer service, and good prices compared to bhq; but what really sets DLT as a better company than bhq is that they listen to their customers’ input and aren’t stuck in a singular knife exclusive steel/scale design.

Nah, I think it is cool that they have a family of exclusives. They sell out every time so why change a good thing? Its a unique scale color you can't get anywhere else, and M4 is good steel and not found in many other models.

I am excited for both the upcoming Shaman and this Dodo. I'd love to see them do Seki models with GITD FRN (looks very similar to Jade G10) and M4.

St Nicks does this as well and again it is a great thing in my opinion. Hopefully they have a Dodo of their own soon.

Enormously interesting in trying SE M4, but the Dodo is sadly not for me. Major bummer, seems like one of the few sprints they're willing to make in SE too.

If memory serves, the PE sold out really fast. Hopefully they made a larger order this time. I refuse to log in and hit refresh and try desperately to get one, but if they're around for a while I'd like to pick one up. Even with those snot colored scales. SE dodo in M4 sounds like a great combo.

It's mostly just way too short and chick for what I'd want to do with it. I wouldn't want the blade geometry taking away from what the steel may be able to tell me. Even if it were just a longer blade I could try to work with the thickness but there just isn't much to play with here. The only good thing about doing testing on such a short blade would be that there's less to reprofile.
