Carrying my HH UKPK today and have to say, I'm very interested in what they have in the works!! Such a great design, as said many times already...make it a wharnie!!

Some kind of fun steel that isn't a salt, a color that isn't a salt color and for the sake of my mental stability...please don't be frn!!!!
I believe that it will be S30v, burgundy G10 and full backspacer, but I do not know the blade shape.

I am hoping for a rescue, but drop point is more likely in my opinion.

That would be an instant buy for me too! Though I think REX45 would be more likely to happen.

I don't have a UKPK yet, but over the past few months I've been contemplating buying one and I'm becoming more and more convinced that it's the knife I need (as opposed to 'want' ;) ). So I'm planning to buy an S110V UKPK next month.

For other steel choices I think it would be logical to use the ones that are already used regularly by spyderco, like Spy27, K390, and Maxamet, so folks with more restrictive knife laws can enjoy these steels too for their EDC. And let's not forget Magnacut.

For handle materials I'm a fan of titanium, micarta and wood.

If I had to pick one steel/handle combo, I think I would choose Magnacut/titanium, but there are so many other combos that I would be happy with...

REX 45 in UKPK would be something.

A jade G10 with M4 would be a minimum of 2 purchase.

So what is the order of business following the incoming HH UKPK?

What is next up? There is talk of the SPY27 steel, and Maxamet steel.

An exciting choice of handle?

Hi David,

To be honest, we don't do the "When" question very well. Once we have the product in-house and it's gone through QC, then we can more say when. Guessing doesn't work well.

I am certainly in for a SPY27 version with that wonderful scale color they assigned to it. Wowza!

If possible, I'd like to see a G10 version, as well as the FRN...sort of more upscale (no pun intended).
