Caly Jr with jimping and glow dot...I confess I love this knife to pieces, though wish I could convert it to a wire clip.

I have always admired the blade shape of the PPT. Sadly I don't do linerlocks, so I can only admire from afar.

Just for something different today I've pulled out the C-46 Lum Tanto folder and one of my full SE Spyderhawk models. Yes I do plan on using them in my daily EDC regimen for at least the next 2 to 3 days.

I'm going to start doing that more often too. However for almost 4.5 years I carried my M390 Military and my Full SE Stainless RESCUE model. But lately I've been wanting to get some of my other Spyders out for hard use. And this is a good day to begin.

I've always been interested by it. Found one for 150€, approx. $170. Is it a good deal in your opinion?

This is important: I have nothing for throwback Thursdays yet !!
:respect In the collection :respect : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

The S90V sprint run was selling for $227 when they were in stock. As such, $170 seems like a good price, if the item is in good condition. Maybe our other members could chime in.

Shoot, all y’all enablers are killing me this morning! I currently don’t own anything that could be considered a throwback, but if I ever stumbled across a pits, caly jr or PPT, they are all three that I would instantly if a reasonable price!

$170 is a good price on a PPT.. as long as you're convinced you're getting it from a reputable source.. I'd say if you have any interest in the PPT to go for it. I don't think you'll find one any cheaper, and they'll likely only ever get harder to find..

The PITS dominates the dojo! It still is getting all the pocket time, especially on TTC day.

Thanks for all the answer (and as usual, everyone tells me to buy, just the excuse I was searching for !). I'll try to buy it next month for my birthday. It has been available for a while on small scale used market that doesn't see huge traffic. That seller is pretty much unknown, but I still asked for high definition pictures of the knife.

This platform secures any deal so It's a risk I'm willing to take, I'll put the pictures on the forum if he accepts my terms !
