Is anybody interested in a Renegade Chief? (saber grind clip point)

It would pay homage to the original design, while fitting within Spyderco's alternate saber grind 'family'.

Looks mean/cool.

Nothing for the "pry bar folks" though... ;)
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

I’d love to see this! I’ve been considering picking up a used Renegade but I would be great to have something similar with more modern blade steel.

Nope, the tip is already thin enough. I would not mind the hollow grind. Although when I think of it the hollow grind would quire different geometry, so with a reasonable tip shape (with that I mean less extreme as it the image above) it might es well work.

Still - I would rather see the comeback of the Worker instead ;)

Yes, I'm definitely envisioning it with the swedge. Basically just massage the Renegade blade onto the current Chief platform. Keep the Chief opening hole size and position, tip position, jimping and choil geometry, but grind it like the Renegade.
