Well I hope the finish updating their site soon. I can't even get it to the home page to start an account. Just get the rolling circle of perpetual loading.

I don't have a Jester yet. Don't have a Ladybug or Manbug either (though I have or had the 3 bug slipjoints, think I gave one or two away and the other(s) are here as well as my slippie Kiwi), but I always thought that the shape would lend itself to better control so was meaning to try one. Great steel and GITD? I guess I know what I'm doing on Saturday.

It was news to me that the scales were interchangeable with Ladybug (thanx, Spydergirl88). I was thinking the Jester was a hair bigger, but I still want one plus a backup incase I want to mod one :D , also, free shipping effectively makes the 2nd one a bit cheaper.

I'm not so sure. Hard to call this one. The GITD Ladybugs, Dragonflies, and Delicas all are still available. I think the Jester is popular here in our echo chamber with some fans, but I am not sure it is popular enough to get an instant sell out. A lot of people aren't into GITD or keychain knives. I think one that was part of an existing popular exclusive series like St Nicks 4V, BHQ M4, or REC PVD would have a much better shot of an instant sell out due to people collecting the whole series or flippers speculating on the popularity of the series.

That said, I am in for 3 as a Jester superfan. :D

I carry swiss army, fixed blade, and a folder already, and even a multitool sometimes, not sure where a keychain knife fits honestly, my keys are heavy and annoying enough as is

I would carry this 5th pocket of jeans... Not a fan of knives on keychains. Adding a tiny flashlight on a keychain with this knife only is pretty great

FYI to the forum - the Knife Joker website came back briefly today. Wanted to check my account info before the jester drop and was able to log into my account without a password!!!
If your email was in their data base, it was wide open. Tried a buddy’s email (with his permission and a knife joker account) got right in, no password required or account verification. This is not good - change ur passwords and watch out for a data breach.

What a nice "joke" from KnifeJoker.
Their website has poor performance usually, and making the order was always a pain. I doubt they can succesfully handle that traffic overload at the start of Jester sale.
btw, seems they had fixed it: right now account login does require the password.
