I have the Para3 in this configuration and I like it, but not enough to pick up the PM2 as well.... If memory serves the PM2 drop w/a satin blade last year sold out in a couple minutes flat.... does that sound right to anyone else?

Good thing I'm not a serious PM2 collector. No international credit card/paypal/shipping plus another PM2 variant = easy pass. More interested in the DLT exclusive reveal though, at least hopefully it won't be another PM2.

I've got the PM2 in 20CV, K390 & M4. I don't think that I will be buying another PM2 until Magnacut comes along.

The liners aren't blacked out on the Para 3 version. The blade, screws, clip and lanyard tube are.

Easy pass for me as an international customer who isn't enamored with the PM2 platform. Now if it was a CutleryShoppe Native 5 LW in CTS-XHP, then I'd be interested.

I’m really curious whether Spyderco runs M390/20cv/204p with the same heat treat. We all assume they’re the same but in the end they might not be.

Good point! Now that you said that I’m wondering too. There are a few knives that account for most of the sprints it seems but dealers surely have a feel for what sells. I don’t have a Para 3 or any interest in one or for that matter a PM 2. I would like to see a little more variety in the regular production than more sprint runs.

Well, my wife got me and her each one of the Para 3 versions. I like it a lot, but I’m probably gonna pass on this one. I’d really like my next PM2 to be the Cru-Carta one I think.

Missed out on the para3 version, I will try for this one. I like the green and don't have a bunch of Pm2... Would prefer no coating but definitely looks good as is. Maybe do some scale swamping onto my wave Pm2 just to spice up my carry options.
