Blade HQ Para 3 LW in M4

Interesting color, I actually like it a lot but with the Colorado PM2 Sprint dropping on the same day, my decision on this one is made fairly easily.

While I do like this mint green color, I can't help but feel like GITD would have been a better match/counterpart to their Jade G10 exclusives.

I like that mint green scale color, it's the uncoated M4 that's the hard sell for me.

Odds that we see this in a DLC iteration? Like that FRN color, but would prefer a little more corrosion protection.

Yeah I know what you mean, uncoated M4 is a pretty finicky steel in our climate, would micro pit if you just look at it the wrong way... reason why I sold my uncoated BHQ PM2 M4 tantos and only kept the DLC-coated one.

But usually BHQ sells the DLC and satin versions at the same time, so this might be a no-go - unless BHQ has sold their exclusives with the 2 blade variations separately (different drop dates) in the past?

Para 3 LW not for me. That color is not my favorite either. I've always said they should have done the FRN versions in the same GITD FRN that has been used for the Delica and Dragonfly. It looks just like the Jade G10, AND it glows in the dark! Win Win Win!!

I'm still holding out hope for some GITD FRN TiCN Coated M4 Endelas and Enduras! :D

That’s a good point. Might not be in the cards if they didn’t include it in the announcement of this release.

I guess I might hold out for a St. Nick’s exclusive (though I’m kidding myself if I think it will be easy to land one of those). :rolleyes:

Agree... The past few releases have been too brightly colored/pastelized (if there is such a word). Not that it's a bad thing and the last three releases have grown on me, but it does draw attention as an EDC knife. Still waiting for earthtone/FDE FRN P3 LWs.

Man I don’t need another Para 3, but tool steel, frn, and the color green is pretty hard to resist. If this was OD Green, I would be even happier, but I do like the mint.

Just saw it on IG. It does look sweet, but I think I am going to give ma P3LW attempts some time ... recently got S90V (all went smooth there), and once I had it in my hands I realized that it just is not for me (grip area too short). But every time I see a photo like this I want it. I really love the look. Maybe the LW PM2 will be the one for me (if not the Cru-carta PM2)
