No shipping notice yet for me. I am going to guess a $100 mark up on the secondary market with the cost climbing over time. Wonder how big this batch was? Seems like it was 750-1000.

Not bad. Went to add to cart, error. Backed to the page a few times and hit add again. Check out error at estimated shipping, didn't process shipping options. Refreshed a couple more time. Then went to credit card page. Clicked process. Think I had to refresh once then it went through. We'll see if it ships out. Better than the bladehq pm2 tanto drops, took longer.

Pretty much my experience picking this one up as well. Managed to get to checkout, though I got an error on what should have been the confirmation page. I got an email confirmation, however, so I think I'm good.

I'm at a job site on my cell phone with 4 tabs open trying to get one order to go through. Had 2 in my cart on each tab when all of a sudden 3 orders go through......This is awesome I thought to myself.

On smkw national knife day round 2 video at about the 17:00 mark there is a comment of I think "600 in 15 mins!"

Like the bhq pm2 tantos, dlc sells fast. If they had uncoated, it will most likely had lasted most of the day. The bhq2 satin pm2 tanto lasted a bit.

It looks like I managed to luck out on this. I'm not going to lie I didn't need this but I was just like "that's cool, if I can get one I will".

I also found an in stock Shaman today. I think I'm almost more excited about that than the PM2. I seriously have had the worst luck with the Shaman, I just wanted a vanilla Black G10 S30V PE SW finish Shaman, the most basic one, and haven't been able to find one since it launched, I know they've been available but whenever I have the presence of mind to think about it they aren't. I also miss out on any Shaman sprints. It's like I have good Paramilitary 2 luck but no Shaman luck.

I don't know, I have such mixed feelings about these sprints. They do deliver some cool stuff but I also feel like I should have found that Shaman long before now.

Good grief, no. That's a completely unwarranted accusation, Chuck, and not the norm for Spyderco conversations. We don't automatically assume the worst motivations about each other. Furthermore it's illogical; adding to cart, then deciding not to buy, is not "clogging up the works." It's leaving the item for someone else to buy.

I'm glad you found the Spyderco forums, and I see you're relatively new, so, welcome. We're not as evil as you assume, so come on in, relax, and make some friends, if you have that capacity.

I highly doubt that one user account could have any effect at all on the e-commerce system that SMKW uses especially as it is based on a cloud platform. Besides, it doesn't eat up into the inventory as long as the user doesn't hit the buy button or something.

I don't have the BHQ M4 Shamans as I find the jade on the Shaman scales weird for my tastes, so this could possibly replace M4 in my Shaman collection if it ever happens.
