I just got this out of the mail and it is probably my favorite shaman so far. I love the colors and the steel used. The blacked out liners are a nice touch.

Looks good! I’m jealous! Great combo. I lucked out on this one but I’m happy with the CS stonewashed Shaman so I don’t feel too bad. Hope to see more Exclusives in the future!

This steel and color combo is too nice not to use. The only reason I won’t carry it exclusively is because of how much I like carrying my Pumpkin Shaman, so I’ll have to rotate the two.

Is anyone having issues with detent rock? Will this go away once the coatings wear-in?

I have handled one other REC Shaman besides mine, and it had the same detent rock.

REC just seems to be ok taking advantage of the hype and milking more out of their customer base.

They didn't use MAP for the recent Manix drop either.

So I really did not think I was going to get one of these, I just bought my first PM2 a Crucarta last week. But then I saw the a video showing off the black back spacer and black liners… looks great.

I wanted to wait for a Scorpion Manix then eventually get a Shaman, my first, late next year. This will be hard to resist.

FYI I can afford all the knives I want but it my household I will start getting some bad vibes if I keep buying $200+ knives right after each other so I have to be very strategic on what I buy and when. I am sure I am not the only one.

I just have too many knives. I haven't even had time to reprofile and carry my REC Manix yet. And I've barely had a chance to carry the m4 micarta Shaman. I've definitely wanted one of these though.

Spyderco puts out so much good stuff, I have to force myself to be reasonable. Adding a 6th Shaman to the collection just because I like the color is not reasonable for me at the moment.
