I'll be there.

Hoping I can make Friday - work owes me a day off. Saturday my oldest son will be meeting me at a good friend's house who lives nearby. Another friend will be joining us with his family as one of his boys has developed the knife-nut gene.

I will be there! This year I’m planning to bring a good amount of my older pieces I have just for people to see and check out if they want. I’ll be around the booth a lot and will have my Candyman Spydie necklace on. Stop and say hi! I’ll even have a ton of bags of Gummi bears to give out.

In college I learned not to accept gummy bears from strangers.

I met some wonderfully colorful friends after eating a stranger's gummy bears!

But, they ditched me a few hours later and I haven't seen them since...

First, this thread was three pages back! Is this the COVID factor tamping down excitement/attendance?

Second, what’s up with folks trying to drain my wallet before Blade Show even gets here?
- the blacked out Autonomy SE drops
- BladeHQ dropping a Friday Chief Exclusive
- CPK with an open presale on a sick utility fighter
- and Spyderco dropping a Mule in less than a week

All to say I haven’t even gotten to the big show yet and I’m feeling lighter already.

Doh!

I never took food from anyone after 7th grade. Too many people smoking weed and dropping acid.

I've already blown all of my BladeShow monies on sharp, shiny objects... :(

Maybe. Just, maybe... I will make it down there. ;)

I’m in Atlanta! Didn’t make it in time to get my wristband though. I’ve never looked so forward to waiting in line for 3 hrs! The over-under on visits to the prototype counter is 10, but I’d take the over.
