The Best Knife Website
Re: The Best Knife Website
Which one do you think has the best rewards/discounts?

Re: The Best Knife Website
DLT, they ship on the Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird and have a great rewards program. Lots of great retailers but DLT is my go-to.
Re: The Best Knife Website
The Spyderco Factory Outlet.
1) The crew that work there are great!
2) I live 23 miles, (37 km,) away from it; even closer when I'm coming home from work.
3) They have the Op Focus program for Vets.
4) They put up with me. I'm by there so often they've said I may as well apply for a job and get paid to be there. :D

Re: The Best Knife Website
I use a lot of different vendors. Generally I buy the item that I want based on who has it in stock.
Though not perfect, the best attempt at an online database is Knife Center's, Find It Fast. I went thorough that database just looking at knives and seeing what is out there manufacturer-wise. It's really eye opening. You can choose to sort by lock, by steel, by length, ...and while it is incomplete, it is pretty good.

DLT Trading, CollectorKnives, and KnivesShipFree are my "go-to" dealers. Amazing customer service with reps/owners who are just as big of knife nuts as we are. They are also among the VERY few dealers not taking advantage of their customers with GEC drops.
Re: The Best Knife Website
DLT and Knifecenter. Fast shipping and rewards program.
Re: The Best Knife Website
New Graham is my personal favorite.
DLT is great, too. Abnormally quick handling times.

Over the past few years, I’ve mostly purchased from Knifeworks.

I like Cutlery Shoppe. Jeff (The owner) is a stand up guy and has excellent customer service. Plus he local to me so there is that. He carries most Spyderco’s and often will get exclusives. His website is not the fanciest but it will give you what you need at a good price.
Re: The Best Knife Website
DLT and KnifeWorks have both always had great service for me. DLT has a rewards program that adds up pretty quickly and their exclusives are always fairly priced.
Indiana Knives also seems like a very good dealer, though I've only used them a couple times so far.

Re: The Best Knife Website
I buy from knifeworks.com most of the time and from Cutlery Shoppe the rest of the times. KW is great shipping overseas (hint: if you are a regular don't fret it when they say they do not ship overseas because they will). I've used them for years without complaint. Cutlery Shoppe is pretty good, too, but I have to call them and let them know I want to order because of the country I am in right now. Jeff is a great guy to deal with.

I dunno, is he the one who was posting our responses on Instagram?

I try to buy from smaller shops (side benefit is they don't charge sales tax in my state)
New Graham was good to me back in the day (probably still are)
S&R in Canada sold me something through eBay, and they opened the box and added packing peanuts so the knife would not bang around - nice touch
Fradon Lock called me to verify a transaction because they were getting too many scammers - appreciated that

Re: The Best Knife Website
With all you guys and gals snapping up knives at lightning speed, it is impossible for me to deal with only one dealer; besides many of my purchases are exclusives. Lots of good dealers; good thing!
