Question about some of the materials on the Kapara (and other Taichungs)

I was looking at the Kapara and Subvert recently and was wondering if those Taichung fancy pivots are Ti or not. It’s got a matching finish to the Ti liners on the subvert, and said finish is consistent with other Spydie Ti. Even on the Kapara which has all silver tone hardware and liners it’s got that same matte finish on the pivot.

I dunno maybe I’m grasping at straws, but it would be neato if it was actually Ti. Especially for customization down the road.
Lightly insane.

*bump*

I don't own a Kapara and I've been scouring the web and can't find anything saying the pivot "hubcap" is titanium but it sure looks like it.
