Will there be a DLC Military with coated liners?

I know some models are starting to get coated liners, like the para 2 and yojimbo.

Will this also happen to the Military?

If I remember back to the post from MJ I think it was, I believe he alluded to all future comp and liner locks getting the coated liner treatment on the DLC variations. Hopefully this is the case. It would be cool to see this happen prior to the St. Nicks DLC 4V Military release (whenever that may be...hopefully soon!).

Everything in DLC should be ALL black. You don't see ninjas running around in all black with light up Sketchers sneakers on.

I’ve long felt that coating the liners and other hardware is at least as important as coating the blade.

Same. Blades are easier for me to keep corrosion free.

the 2021 catalog shows it as black liners (along with the pm2, para 3, shaman, lil' native, and others), so I'm assuming yes, but who knows when that refresh will actually become available

Well I'll be keeping an eye out. Might email some companies this week and see if they have any.

Found one for sale on ebay. blacked out hardware & lanyard tube, black rounded clip, and the new style pivot pin. So they must be out at regular retailers by now.
