It has nothing to do with a disability. It just sounds like you have a knack for losing parts, as he mentioned a previous issue you must have had as well? Sal has done his part, getting with his team and having multiple parts being sent to you...since you can't seem to provide the exact information they need on the model it seems they are sending even more parts than necessary. None of that is making light of you having a disability. Be a little more organized this time around when you receive your parts, I hope it works out for you!

Hey French Blob, I happened to read that post before you modified it: My impression: No one tried to make fun of you (or Sal), but if at all, rather about how the conversation went - so more of the situation as such. :)
To me this thread made clearer how complicated it sometimes must be to keep up a great customer service if a company has such a variety of models, parts,changes...
Anyway, hope you'll succed in making your Chap good again, should you still need the dimensions of the FRNs washers I can try and measure those for you. :)

Greetings to you over there in France!
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):

It's all good! No hard feelings from anybody, looks like everyone was trying to help. Hopefully your parts arrive sooner than later and everything goes smoothly upon reassembly. Report back if you like.
