i emailed them and they said they would "specail order" me a PE CS voyager X2, i sent a M/O about 5 weeks ago and still haven't gotten my knife ! i guess "special order" means whenever they get around to it ! when i email them they say it still hasen't come in. not much for customer service.

I have not had any problems with orders from them. Jason has always been prompt and let me know when knives come in. I imagine it is just a delay at their supplier.

Edited cause it needed editin'.

Jason has only provided the best of service each and every time I have dealt with him (at least 5 or 6 orders).

I've ordered from them lots of times, nothing but good service and prices. If they had to special order it,then the prob is prolly on the supplier end.

If they didn't have it,why didn't you go to another site? Just run a search through Google.

they said they would "special order" it which i thought meant they would put the rush on it.

they also had the lowest price, but that doesn't help if it takes forever to get it.

i emailed them today 08/09/03, so we'll see how fast a responce i get, i told them to just return my money order if they hadn't already shipped the X2.

turns out wholesale hunter had a better price anyhow...

maybe i'll just stick with my CS VG. now all i need is a Photon III and a onyx Cybertool.
thanks for the feedback, last time i ordered from them i don't recall any problems.
