Wharny Manbug Coming

Yay! I’m excited to see these show up! The G10 Manbug was the very first Spyderco I purchased eight years ago (thanks to TSA actually). I have a strong suspicion that a blade swap is in order with the TiCN-coated black blade going into the yellow Manbug Salt scales - the “buzzed” Manbug .

If you have the Spyderco app on your phone (Android at least) the announcement created a cute little "Spyder" icon (see upper left of pic) when the announcement was made. I don't want to ever delete it! LOL

i don't have a problem with the manbug. i just know people have been begging for a coated dragonfly here for years and i don't remember anyone ever asking for a coated manbug. ever.

I said this would be my first Spydie of 2021 in the other thread so this is great news! The release of the K390 Ladybug made me really revisit it as an EDC for the better half of a year, and I truly appreciate the blade shape more than the Manbug... This may solve that problem nicely, as I vastly prefer the ergos of the Manbug.

Speaking of which, any chance of this knife in K390? How about a blackout run of the production K390?
