Calendar 2021 - thanks to Spyderco

#1

Post by Peter1960 »

Today the postman brought me the new calendar and as in the past years, it is a nice piece and will hang in my house.

Thank you Spyderco for this gift and also your good work year by year! :)

I think my original catalog was somehow diverted and is possibly hanging on some else's wall. I sent Kristi a note the other day and low and behold a package from Spyderco was waiting for me when I got home from work today. My hat's off to Kristi for making that happen. Also to the rest of the Spyderco team and to all the forum members who contributed such fantastic shots. The wall above my desk in my office now looks complete and ready for 2021

I realized that I made a stupid mistake last year by posting my photo in the calendar contest thread but I didn’t actually submit it in the link to Spyderco. I wasn’t expecting one to show up this year, since I technically didn’t enter the contest.

To my surprise there was one included for free in the box with my order from Spyderco.com the other day. Thanks Spyderco! Much appreciated.

How do you get the calendar? Do you just order from the website when they are released? How quickly did they sell out?

Spyderco gives out a copy to everyone that enters the contest and then sells the rest direct to consumer. With that said, they recommend that people genuinely enter to win the contest opposed to entering just for the free calendar. I think the rate in which they sell out varies each year.

Looks like they're out of stock. Not sure if they'll print more since it's already February. Wouldn't hurt to call SFO and ask
