Which Para 2 to choose?

And don’t say both! ;)

Green 204P or a Tan 20CV. Have the chance to buy either, I just want one, and I’m leaning towards the Green 204P, it’s definitely the more expensive of the two. Which one?

After having both, for me it's an easy green 204P. It's such a great shade of green! The Tan G10 is very light in color, and if you plan on using this knife in any kind of dirty work environment those scales will get dirty VERY QUICKLY.

I work in a warehouse and after 1 day, just from being in my pocket it was pretty dirty. Cleaned it up with Magic Eraser and carried it the next day, same problem...I was done after that! It wasn't the right color that would look good with a little dirt/grime, it just looked bad to me.

I would say green 204p. I like the look of the green scales better but if you are going to swap the scales then it doesn’t matter, go with the cheaper one.

Yeah it’s definitely on the whiter side of tan, very light!

I'll 3rd the green 204p.
Unless you're matching the tan 20cv to other gear or an outfit or something. Not that there's anything wrong with that. :D

The steels with perform about the same so pick a color.

Personally, I usually don't like really light colored scales but I bought the tan 20CV only because it was different. I have other knives I carry (including other PM2s) when things might get messy. I keep the 20CV around and carry it mostly on weekends.

Thanks everyone, I told a buddy of mine about the Tan 20CV, he picked it up already so that narrowed my choice down....which I had already made my mind up on the Green one!

I have roughly 25ish Spyderco's......this will be my first PM2! Let the heckling begin! :D

I've been very happy with my forest green Military in 204p. Matches my Carhartt jacket!
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

Top four in rotation: K390 + GCM PM2, ZCarta Shaman, Crucarta PM2, K390 + GCM Straight Spine Stretch.

Really kick myself for not getting this or the one from Rivers Edge. But all things in time! For now, I got a new SE Carribean to use :)
