I'd like to add that based on an experience I had today, it's worth contacting dealers even if they list a recently-released exclusive or sprint run as unavailable. I slept on the release of the blacked-out Para 3 in Cruwear, and then changed my mind. As of yesterday KnifeCenter's website said it was discontinued and no longer available, but I sent them an email anyway, and got a reply that they still had a couple knocking around.
Be the squeaky wheel. The worst they can say is "no."

Although the ParaMilitary2 CPM-S45VN Black DLC Blade Black G-10 C81GPBK2 is not a new model it has quite a few upgrades. The blade steel is S45VN not S30V and the Blackout makes all hardware, clip and liners black DLC coated. They're trickling into dealers.

I noticed this on my Shaman, it almost looks more like the lasering sort of polished the DLC and didn't even go all the way through to the steel, but if it did then it left an effect that's very different from past engraved DLC blades. I really like it.

That makes me wonder if they would ever consider doing colored laser engraved Spyder logos? They've shown us that they can do color laser engraving with the CO Flag PM2 but I don't know if the process required for that would be too extensive for something like the Spyder logo.
