Is the serrated Manbug Wharncliffe in stock anywhere yet?

The ManBug Wharncliffe SpyderEdge VG-10 Black FRN MBKWS (Japan) hasn’t been released yet.

Even the laser lettering is subdued.

I noticed this on my Shaman, it almost looks more like the lasering sort of polished the DLC and didn't even go all the way through to the steel, but if it did then it left an effect that's very different from past engraved DLC blades. I really like it.

I really like it too. If you look at the new Blacked Out PM2 the lettering is still white even though all hardware, clip and liners are DLC black coated. Stands out too much. I’m not a fan of billboarding knives. The subdued effect on the brand new YoJumbo Blacked Out is very nice but I think it could perhaps go further with black laser imprint so that it’s only visible upon very close inspection. Personally, I’d get a Blacked Out YoJumbo but such a beefy folder deserves a tougher steel.

I find spyderco manages mine just fine, and I don't mind waiting for a knife to be done right the first time.

Civivi/WE tell their customers a specific date that a model will be available at dealers. And it is.

I've seen WE/Civivi miss those delivery dates although by days not months.

Spyderco has a lot more varied production schedule allocated to existing regular production models, new production models, new Sprint/Exclusives/MT, additional batches of existing Exclusives, etc. I think there was just too much emphasis on Exclusives (new and restock) the past year and many regular production models went out of stock at dealers for months and delayed releases of new regular production models (of course, supply chain delays were another factor).
