Fradon Lock is on Burnet Avenue in Syracuse, New York. It is a long-time brick and mortar store and also sells online.
wait, seriously? i had no idea a syracuse store was high enough profile to get exclusives. well expletive
*edit re handle materials: personally not a fan of the fat carbon look, but those marbled ones are pretty nice! i actively dislike peel ply carbon fiber, and love micarta, esp that on the crucarta pm2. really don't feel there are enough wood scale options, but I'm a minority in that. also loving the brighter frn lately, the minty bhqs are great looking. I'd especially like to see more of that topographic g10 knifecenter uses on some of their exclusives, esp. in some different colors (green). that's probably the most attractive g10 pattern out there for my money.

It's sort of an unusual store. I'm not intimately familiar with them but have visited the store occasionally. They are best and long known for lock-related items/work but, at some time, branched out into the knife business. I hope someone more familiar with their history can add chronological information.
The Manix 2 with marbled cf is nice. The scales are smooth but the Manix 2 has so much jimping that grip isn't an issue. I like the hollow ground blade too.
ParaMilitary2 CPM-M4 Black DLC Blade Lava Flow Fat Carbon Fiber C81CFPRDOR Smoky Mountain Knife Works (USA) is/was in stock at Exclusive Dealer.

It looks like the Native5 MagnaCut is replacing LC200N since they both have the same model#. Also, the price has gone up. The LC200N is MSRP: $186.00 Street Price: $130.20. The MagnaCut one is MSRP: $204.50 Street Price: $143.15 (up 10%)!
Also, it looks like a 5% MAP price increase on Japanese FRN models and a whopping 11% MAP price increase on US G-10 models. For instance, ParaMilitary2 C81GP2 currently has a MAP price of $154.70 but that becomes $171.50!
That's assuming that the MAP remains at 70% of MSRP.

Yeesh they're really moving upmarket. I know time marches on, and these past few years have made things especially expensive, but dang. It feels like not that long ago you could buy a Manix for ~$80 and a Delica for ~$50

An Endura VG-10/FRN is going to be $95.55 come January 2022. I got one in November 2006 for $43.00! An inflation calculator says it should be $58.99 now.

I worry the market for quality mid-tier work knives is not as healthy as it used to be. The viable knives seem to be $30 imported D2 beater knives... then $250+ high tech limited addition knives.
With 10%+ street price increases on U.S. models I'd try to track them now before the prices go up in January 2022!
Japanese models seem to have a street price increase of 5%-10%.
Street prices on Taichung models will go up 15%!

Street prices on the 4 Swick LC200N models announced in May 2020 but as yet undelivered will go up 10%!
Street prices on the 5 K390/FRN models announced in January 2021 but as yet undelivered will go up about 7%.
On the plus side, PM2 CruCarta got released in 2021 for a street price of $171.50 and soon it will be $188.65!

Hooooold up, RamZar. Explain yourself. To quote Starship Troopers, "I'd like to know more."
Native5 Salt model numbers C41PYL5 & C41SYL5 which used to have LC200N steel will soon have MagnaCut steel going forward!

What makes you think that?
I just got done viewing the 2022 catalog. You might want to buy stock in Spyderco. Haha!

Hyperbole mostly. The Native 5 LW is one of my all-time favorites and I'm kind of drinking the Kool-Aid on the hype for MagnaCut being the best thing since sliced bread. Gives me something to get excited for.
Truthfully, I just get excited about whatever Shawn Houston gets excited about.

Undoubtedly, Native5 MagnaCut/FRN will be quite popular assuming it gets to market before 2023! LOL!
