Your Spyderco New Year's Eve And New Year's Day EDC

Post by Water Bug »

Happy New Year, Y'all!!! :)

It's time to pick your Spyderco knife to celebrate the New Year. So, what :spyder: are you EDCing on New Year's Eve And New Year's Day?

My Spyderco CTS 204P Military is still in rotation this week, so that's what I'm EDCing on these days. Along with my CTS 204P Military, I'll also be EDCing my Spyderco Delica 4s in PE and SE. Should we go out, I'll swap out my Delica 4 PE with my Spyderco Assist in Orange FRN as my VEDC.

How about you? :)

Home for the events this year.

Tonight
Junction has been in use today and the last few so it’s probably got the job for tonight.

Tomorrow
New Years resolution is to use some box living creatures next year so a Jade M4 PM2 in DLC is starting the new year.

I generally don't carry a knife at home. But I've been on a Native Chief kick so if I go out for groceries it will be that.

Other than going on my walks, I’m at home. I don’t clip-carry a knife inside the house. I always have a half-dozen or so Spyderco knives within a couple/few feet of me.

On my walk, I’ll probably carry my DLC S33VN PM2, along with my Minichamp SAK.

I can relate with that one. Because I'm just going with my two reliable EDCs>> which are the Stainless RESCUE ( ATS-55 era) and my beloved M390 Military model.

I've been invited to a New Years Eve Dinner tonight so I might just take along my G-10 Sprint Run, C-60 Ayoob just to show off with this evening  .

Purple skinny K390 Para 3 as a tribute to Nick Maffei, the originator of this mod who passed away in late January. RIP to all those we lost in 2020, and my best wishes for the rest of us still here as we head into 2021. Cheers, Radioactive

Happy new year to everyone!! :)

New year isn´t my most favorite feast anyway and due to the current lockdown there´ll be no parties - I am into a relaxed evening at home (it is 10:20 pm where I live) :)
REX 45 Manix was in my pocket all day and still is!
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

The Ark is always carried around my neck and the LBHB on my keys, but today I've had the titanium Byrd Hawkbill in the pocket. Now I'm trying to decide tomorrow's carry -- HAP40 Endura or the Resilience. Looking forward to using PE again this new year.
