Hi All,

We noticed that a "Spider Plant" is blooming next to our deck. Long white spindly petals. Quite lovely.

I was thinking it might make a fun thread to show pics of everything "Spyder", from cars to bugs, plants to Portable Hands?

Back in the nineties I had ski apparel from another Colorado based Spyder company, unfortunately (or luckily) I'm not able to find any pictures of me wearing them

I'm still finishing the excessive amount of Halloween candy my girlfriend stocked up on...
One of the candies she got, are candy spiders which are (according to the packaging) deemed "super creepy" :p
Alongside a Halloween colored Dodo, it'll fit the bill I think :)

(what really is super creepy about these, is the amount of preservatives seeing how they don't expire until 02/2024!)
A tiger has claws.
A wolf has teeth.
An eagle has talons.
We, have Spyderco.

Hi sal,

Funny you should ask about this, we have a local brand here in our country named "Spyder" which is a sunglasses, cycling, motorcycle gear and apparel retailer. Pretty good quality too. I'll try to snap pics the next time I can drop by on their store near our local mall.

It would be cool to have a series named after different spiders.

I don't have any of their products so I can't take a pic, but there's a company named "Spyder Products" that makes saw blades (circular, reciprocating, hole saws, etc.): https://spyderproducts.com/

I did a bit of a double-take the first time I walked past one of their displays at a local hardware store. Given the spelling of the name and the fact they make cutting tools, at first I wondered if Spyderco had decided to jump into the tools market.

Years ago I had a co-worker who’s girlfriend was in a sports car club. For the annual membership she could check out a car for a week several times a year. I lived in the mountains North of Los Angeles and she’d pick something sporty to cruise the canyons and stop by my house.

Edit: She always brought her BF, my co--worker, but Jeff never got to drive the cars. :(

This was the Ferrari 360 Spider they brought up one day.

I been seeing these in our area at random spots during early fall the last 10 years or so.
Looked them up and it says spider lilly.
