St. Nick’s Hap40 with red G10 scales. My favorite, favorite Delica.
When I saw this thread, this is what I immediately thought of! DLC and HAP40!

Now is the time to get a ZDP-189 Delica.

VG10 in the grey FRN.

That’s a sweet combo. Subtle, practical, easy to sharpen.

My only CruWear Spydie that has shown any corrosion is the Delica :(

It wasn't even harsh abuse, just some packing tape residue that was left on the blade for a week or two.
Curious if the corrosion occurred on the edge or bevel? Any Flitz applications to them?

no Flitz needed... I'll live with the micro-pitting on the primary bevel to keep the original grind pattern, it's a user (like all of my Spydies (except for the abalone inlay Vesuvius), so it was bound to get scuffed up, worn down and generally not minty eventually.
Though it *is* looking pretty Fly(tanium) with a set of CF scales a Ti backspacer and a Ti clip from the Salt 2. ;)

Me too. I emailed Roger and told him that he really hit it out of the park with this one.

I just got my first Delica and my first knife in K390. I think I made a great choice in both blade and steel! I'm sure it won't be my last Delica. How about Vanax?!

My first Delica was exactly this.
It's my most carried among the 7 I have.

I find the KC exclusive with the Pakkawood scales to be the best looking Delica.
100%

The only thing that might top it is that blue G-10 SG2 that I keep seeing in my dreams...

A Delica 4 in Zomé Green. You have a classic Japanese cutlery steel (Takefu's VG-10) paired with scales coloured using a dyeing process native to Japan.
