I´d get one if I hadn´t the Rex 45 Manix LW already.. paired with my BD1N variant my "Manix niche" should be filled for the foreseeable future...

Hopping in! Time for PM2 variants to rest and give other knives some time in the limelight. Plus k390 and the Manix equals a tough user knife that can take abuse. We could always use another Manix.

Yep, time for a K390 manix! Any green will do it for me, but I do like the ranger green BBS used for its k390 pm2/3. I'd also be happy with a g10 version of the blue on the k390 seki models.

I like green handles, but a Manix is pretty low on my list of desired Spydies. Non-stainless blades are also very low on my desirability list. So, no, I disagree that we need this knife. Nice try though.

and you respond with the first thing that comes into your head. "fish" --> hook, "buffalo" --> chip. "OD Green" --> Micarta.

That aside, I dunno how Micarta would work out with the Manix design.

Yes, an XL version would be great too. Now that BHQ has put out their exclusive M4 XL knives, maybe we will see more XL exclusives. Seems to me, that if a dealer were smart, they would comission an XL exclusive (in a popular steel/color combo), to keep in stock at least fairly regularly (similar to what Knife Center is doing with their Pakkawood knives), because there's demand for sure. I find it hard to believe the XL exclusives would sit around longer than the standard version, so I guess I don't understand why no one wants to step up and offer one.
