I'd like to see the SouthFork rerun as a sprint in matte Micarta, but the last poll was from 2014 and steel preferences have likely changed. I'll drop my top 10 candidates here in the poll. Feel free to comment others.

I voted AEB-L. I think it would be a great steel for both outdoor use, and kitchen use since a lot of these get photographed in the kitchen! :D

Oh the Southfork, old flame of mine.
I really want to have this model. I even got that far that I made one at home... although, not as nice and a but different at the end.

I once made a thread about Southfork in CPM154, but Sal stated, that the price will be still high, as it would be made in Taichung.

So, do I still want one? Yes, you bet!

Are there going to be any runs in the future? No, I doubt it.

Would I buy one? .....If it would be under 200 €, yes, but that just never going to happen.

Sad ending to the story, but sometimes you can't get what you want.

I voted 4V as long as its run hard, but I would love it in CPM 10V.

S90V was too expensive for me. Out of those I chose AEB-L bc it's stainless and is won't blowout with fine edge angles. I would prefer a newer stainless like SPY27.

Off topic but I will instantly buy any Paul Alexander sprint runs that come out.

I voted K390. Corrosion resistance in this type of use is less critical to me. I have grown to love K390 almost as much as CruWear / Zwear.

Where's Rex 45? Where's M4?

I voted cpm-154. But I would also buy AEB-L or RWL34.

I started to vote for LC200N, but then realized that I already have that knife: it’s called the Waterway. :) I voted for 4V since I’d probably use the South Fork mainly for camping. I’d settle for 3V, though.

Yes, please!!! I'd really love a Southfork sprint as I've coveted the original for a long time. I voted 4v, but 3v, cruwear, or k390 would make me happy. If it's gotta be stainless, then I'd vote AEB-L, but I'd probably buy it in lc200n as well. What I'm really saying is that this design would interest me in lots of different configurations.

I actually went with s90v. The only thing I didnt like about the original was the price, and I still regret not getting one even though I had multiple chances.

52100 was tempting though. I wouldnt mind seeing another Wilson design in that steel.

I voted for Cruwear but would definitely get one in 4v or 52100.

There is a limit of 10 choices for the poll. I honestly forgot about Rex45. M4 is one that typically doesn't get many votes in recent polls so it didn't make my top 10 for this knife.

I voted for K390, but I’d also be happy with most of the other steels, including AEB-L and 52100.

Make it an S90V Bow River and I am in!

I voted K390, but I don't think Taichung has ever worked with it other than the Mule? I know they did 10v on the K2, and I'd be good with that!

I'm in love with the Sprig, and have regretted not picking up a South Fork when they were disco'd. They are pretty sought after on the Exchange and I think a sprint would be printing money for Spyderco.

Lots of 4V love here. I wonder if St. Nick's could commission an exclusive SouthFork and Sprig??
