Still available here. These seemingly are not as desirable as their older sibling, which I find odd given that the para 3 has been such a hot seller.

Yeah, a little slower, but they still tend to sell out. The hype has faded a little but these won't last to long.

I bought the Para 3 to give to my nephew in 10yrs so i haven't carried it or anything. I would call those scales super grippy, so i bet they are pocket shredders.

That's what I was afraid of so I reluctantly passed on this one.Buddafucco wrote: ↑Tue Sep 08, 2020 6:22 pmTkoK83Spy wrote: ↑Tue Sep 08, 2020 5:55 pmReally haven't seen or heard much about this or the PM2. I put a deep carry aftermarket clip on mine and it is much less of a pocket ripper. I would say with the stock clip if you bent it out just the tiniest bit, the reduced pressure would do wonders. I like the knife in the hand, but as delivered it was tough on pockets. I was thinking about running the scales over some fine grit wet/dry to just ease the texture a little.

The Arc Diamond scales smooth out nicely around the ridges with use I've found and they are my favorite "handle material" at this point, I would recommend giving them a couple weeks of regular use before deciding how you feel about them. They didn't shred my pockets any worse than standard G-10 at first, though I've used a Lynch clip from day one which probably helped as mentioned above.
