Anyone else still waiting for the para 3 lw cpmspy27 to ship?
Anyone else still waiting for the para 3 lw cpmspy27 to ship?
I preordered one like 6 months ago but I'm still waiting.

It has been shipping as I have had mine for weeks now. You may want to order elsewhere then cancel your pre-order. The next one up is the Native in SPY27.

I got mine through Blade HQ and it arrived a few weeks ago. You might need to call the place you ordered from.

Welcome to the Spyderco Forum!
I received my pre-order from Knife Center awhile ago. It looks like National Knives has it in stock. If you're in a hurry you could order from them and then cancel your pre-order

That's odd I also pre-ordered off knife center. I'll definitely be contacting them soon
Re: Anyone else still waiting for the para 3 lw cpmspy27 to ship?
I had preordered mine with KC when it was first announced, along with the sun and moon Chappy. I contacted them today asking them to send the Para 3 as soon as I'm next in line in the queue and not to wait for the Chappy. They already replied they'd do so. Their policy is normally to wait until all items are in stock, so I'm assuming that's perhaps a reason why I hadn't already received mine from them. I'm really excited about this knife, the Para 3 LW in Rex 45 is one of my most carried knives by far.
Re: Anyone else still waiting for the para 3 lw cpmspy27 to ship?
As mentioned above, if you pre-ordered anything else at the same time from KC, they won't ship your order until everything is in stock (unless you ask them to). Also, if you waited a while to pre-order, you msy have missed the first round, and your will ship when they get a re-stock. If that's the case, you could find it in stock somewhere else and cancel the KC order.

I’m still waiting for it to be back in stock at the SFO.

I also pre-ordered from KC the first day they were available for pre-order and I received mine several weeks ago. They have friendly, helpful customer service staff in my experience, I'd wager that giving them a call will get you all sorted out quickly... it's a great knife, love the steel! :)
Cheers,

Hey guys & gals,
We're making them as fast as we can. I've been using one for a while now and your patience will be rewarded. It's a new steel specially developed for us and this is the first example out there. We've heard some theories based on chemistry, numbers and other models, but there is really nothing like "Real-World-Testing".....especially by our ELU's.
I am very much interested in your thoughts.

Can't wait to get my hands on one up here in Canada. I've seen a few guys have them now but I haven't been able to snag one yet.
Re: Anyone else still waiting for the para 3 lw cpmspy27 to ship?
I'm still waiting for my KnifeCenter pre-order. They show as not in stock, so I assume they're waiting to get more from Spyderco. I don't *need* the knife now, I just *want* it now. Someone will need to explain to my wife that even if I receive it around our anniversary, this is my delayed birthday/father's day gift, and will need another knife for the anniversary.

There are a few in stock at some Canadian dealers, just have to look around. Mine is on its way right now actually (from cutting edge cutlery) :DFullScaler wrote: ↑Tue Jul 21, 2020 9:21 pmCan't wait to get my hands on one up here in Canada.
