I always liked the look of the Kiwi 4, but I wanted to see it with fancier scales to elevate it from a utility look to a gentleman look. And maybe a more exotic steel for fun.

Any interest a year later? I think it'd be a cool sprint in any form decided upon.

Still just a few voices in the wilderness, I fear.

Polished ivory, contoured scales and a “nevrdull” k390 edge.

I just want more bolsters.

Also, clipless would be preferred.

Man I must really be in the minority, I'd be happy with another run of the kiwi 4.

I’d love to see the Kiwi return. I am all for the Kiwi 4 coming back with polished g10 scales. But regardless of scale choice I’d buy one in a flash

I would be happy with the size of the last one if they just did it in contoured stainless steel with a back lock. It would be a little big but I think it could work as a keychain knife.

I personally think it’s better to keep the clip. It’s easy to remove a clip but a lot harder to add one yourself. Give the people options!

I’d also be stoked to see a new kiwi 4 in FRN (preferably linerless). I know it goes against the gentleman’s knife theme but it would be a great functional lightweight knife.

Never heard of this knife, makes sense because I'm new, but very interested. Would buy one for myself and my dad.

Gentlemen do not need options, as we already know what we want.

If it is bolstered, clips are bad. Mkay? ;) :D

While I agree with pretty much all the suggestions/upgrades/changes, I know I'm in the minority here but I really like the Kiwi4, as is is -- it's lightweight, slicey, and works great in my big paws... that polished G10 looks awesome
Cheers,

I'm a big fan of the Kiwi 4, probably has a spot in my top 10 somewhere. I would definitely welcome any new variation of the Kiwi 4!

I had to go lookup pics. I generally don’t like bolsters much, but the CF and the MOP / Abalone Kiwis sure are lookers.

Then I found this! How many are customs vs factory?

I had the luck to get a Kiwi 4 and I really like the ergonomics and the blade shape (the best apple cutter), but the look is not great.
That certain something is missing! Black G10 cannot support the design as it should be.

Black g10 would be great if contoured and polished like EvilD's version.

Pretty slick.

The original Kiwi was the best out of all the Kiwis in my opinion. I will admit I liked the Kiwi 4, but it was almost a different knife than the original.

Does anyone have a pic of all generations lined up beside each other?
