My first glimpse at the Siren !

#1

Post by Nemo3000 »

Today I have received Surfingringo's Siren.

Here are my little thoughts about it with pictures:

I love when knives are made as EDC tools. It is not always the case. This one is made a forgiving workhorse.
An everyday companion whatever the climate or the condition of use.

How do you love yours ?

Since I have 2XL hands I wonder how it fits larger hands? (Where is VIVI when I need him?)
This design looks amazing and it looks like a do it all knife.

This knife definitely has my attention, and I hope to get one eventually. It seems like a great EDC knife as well as a fisherman's companion.

Great write up/review Nemo. I get that you want more visitors to your site, but it would be nice if you posted it here on the forums as opposed to linking it. Either way, it was a good review. I enjoyed the read.

Mine should arrive on Monday! I already have the Spidiechef and Native 5 Salt. Not sure I need the Siren, but I am a Kayak Fisherman, so I just wanted to own the only Spyderco folder designed by a fellow Kayak Fisherman. Anxious to see how I like it and if it will get a lot of pocket time.
