Have you contacted spyderco directly? If yours are damaged you might be able to send it in to W&R for new ones.

Yeah I've had really good luck over the years getting in contact with "CharLynn" I think her name was. At Spyderco's Warranty & Repair. Also I got some parts a couple of times through a guy who used to work at the SFO store.
Being it's a GOLDEN. CO made model I think your chances are good.
