Lil' Native FRN?

#1

Post by marshmallow »

Anyone want to help campaign for a Lil Native FRN? I think this addition can compete with anything in terms of small edc, esp. with LC200N :)

This has come up a few times. I really want to say I remember reading Sal say that Eric was working on it but Im not positive.

Anyways yes, I would want a lil native lightweight backlock salt se. Also give it jimping.

I'd be surprised if this isn't in the works. Can't imagine they made the LC200N blades for the Rocks glasses without plans to do a Salt model.

I'm waiting for an lc200n SE salt version to get a backlock lil native. G10 or frn, either work for me. And I think a comp lock or backlock version in frn would be great, too.

Why no to jimping? The smaller knife would be best used with choil, no?

Because it simply does not need jimping.

Jimping will create a completely unnecessary hotspot during prolonged use on a knife this size.

I was actually thinking about making this same post a few days ago. I'd love to see a lil native lw! I much prefer the LW format in almost every Spyderco that has the option. So yes please!

i’m out for a backlock lw salt. i already have a df2 salt. i would love a lil native salt with a comp lock and g10. the knife is a robust little beater. leave it that way.
keep your knife sharp and your focus sharper.

Officially on team lil native lightweight backlock. For my uses it would be more welcome than the df2. If they make the lightweight Lil native with a compression lock i would be ok with that too but the backlock lightweight idea is really growing on me
