What is this keychain knife?

Postby Ez556 » Thu May 21, 2020 2:56 pm

This is on my Dads keys, not sure of the age but it’s probably from the 90s. Looks more like a mini Delica than a Ladybug.

But in reality, there is nothing quite like a gun. And it has been said, "The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun".

Does that complexity decrease the simplicity? Not at all.

It's a "first generation" Ladybug.

I really like the blade shape on the original ladybugs. Very pointy. :D

It's a mini Endura. The first Ladybug was a shrunk down Endura that was suggested by Sumio Sakai. It was originally a test. I redesigned the model later to be more ergonomic.

I agree. I own no ladybugs but I'd buy one of these in FFG with an updated bidirectional FRN handle and wire clip.

Ladybug rides on my keys everyday. It's really a remarkable little knife.

I have to say, the Ladybug has to be the most surprisingly useful knive I've ever had. Little Big Knife isn't just some marketing spiel. If you have a Ladybug on you, 99% of your cutting tasks are covered.

Bring back the Jester. The SE Jester is by far my favorite one of the MLJ knives.
