I am not on facebook or instagram (or whatever this is), so could you have a look and perhaps tell me: In what ways this Manix 2 XL is "improved" (technically)? It says "new AND improved" there...

same here, but this is an exclusive combo that actually makes sense. i hope vivi gets one wherever he is.

Well, I didn’t see that one coming.

But I think I’ll pass on the 30 or so seconds they’ll be available for sale.

I do love M4 but already have a good number of Spydies in it, and I do treasure my Knifeworks Manix2 XL exclusive.

Besides, I don’t much care for dealers “owning” a handle-color (such as jade) for their exclusives just to insinuate their “brand” into the mix, just as I don’t much care for Spyderco offering the same steel in a variety of models all with the same handle-color.

A cynic might say these are marketing ploys to exploit the completist impulse in some of us.

I don’t like this newish trend because I simply like variety in color, and I already have a few jades.

Vivi’d be on this one, I think.

Blade HQ answered me, they said it was supposed to just say "new". So it's the same Manix XL, just with their m4/jade treatment.

They haven't said yet (on IG at least).

Pretty cool how many of us are like, "where's Vivi? This is one of his favorite knives. I hope he gets one of these."

Me being among one of those many. And I hope he lays that bevel back with an extra-course, de-burrs it, and leaves it at that - which was one of his preferred ways.

Glad to see this coming for the Manix XL fans. I won't be competing for one.

I will have one! I’ve been chomping at the bit for years for a manix XL sprint or exclusive.

I might have to buy this one just to support the idea of Manix XL sprints. I'd rather have Rex 45, but I feel like the project deserves support.

This is cheaper than the standard model in DLC/S30V. Incredible!! I just can't see it outperforming my 4V Shaman, so I will pass. Like others have said, I hope it sells well so those that have been craving the XL sprints/exclusives can start getting some options.
