This is really awesome of you!

I was lucky enough to win the chance to buy a spyderco carving knife from this same series, and wouldn't really have a use for the fillet, so count me out.

Thanks again for offering this. Thought more folks would be interested in a good fillet knife.

I know I have had a few I wish I never bought, of course at that time I would buy whatever was inexpensive and available. Like a gas station pocket knife..

Congratulations Darby, and nicely done Holland! :)

I’ll be interested to see what you think of it, compared to the more usual PE filleting knives, Darby.

I recall you do a lot of breaking down whole birds and large pieces of meat to smaller cuts, so it’s good to know it will be getting used frequently.
